Use this to join the practice. Go to Registrations in the top menu, tap New Patient Registration, fill in the online form with your personal details, and submit. The team will confirm your registration.
For visitors staying in the area. Go to Registrations, tap Temporary Patient Registration, enter your details and the dates you need cover, then submit.
Use the online triage tool to describe your symptoms. The system directs you to the most appropriate care — GP, pharmacy, or another service — without needing to call.
Book certain appointments directly online without phoning. Select Book Direct on the Appointments page and choose a date and time.
Send a written description of your concern to the clinical team. A clinician will review it and respond — usually the same or next working day.
Tap Request Cervical Screening to book a smear test online at a time that suits you.
Tap Request a Coil or Implant to access the Barclay+ specialist contraception service and book a procedure.
Manage all your medication needs online — go to Manage My Prescriptions in the top menu.
Request your regular medications online. Fill in the form and submit. Allow standard processing time before collecting from your pharmacy.
Tell us which pharmacy to send your prescriptions to. Enter the name and address once and it will be saved for future requests.
Have a question about your medication? Send a message directly to the team. They aim to respond within 2 working days.
Need a medication not previously prescribed? Submit a request here and a clinician will review and respond.
Complete the online questionnaire to request contraception or Hormone Replacement Therapy. The team will assess and respond.
On antidepressants and due a review? Use this form to update the team on how you are getting on. They will follow up with you.
For patients on regular painkillers — complete this review so the practice can ensure your pain management is still right for you.
